Kacper Radny
Kacper Radny is an art historian and a PhD candidate at the International Graduate Centre for the Study of Culture (GCSC) in Gießen. He has completed his degrees in architecture (BA) at the Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland, and art history (MA) at the Open University UK. His scholarly focus lies on nineteenth-century European painting, queer and feminist art, as well as broadly understood postcolonial theories, particularly in visual culture. Kacper has been completing his PhD project “Orientalisation of the 19th-century Eastern-European Art on the Case Study of the Polish Munich School” since October 2022. Kacper is also a scholarship receiver and an employee at the GCSC, and an editorial member of the On_Culture magazine.
